I believe that you never lose, as sometimes you win and sometimes you learn. Ultimately, learning from your mistakes is the greatest victory. I am an experienced Quality Assurance professional in the information and mobile services industry. I have solid experience in QA process development, comprehensive issue and error management, and working with demanding, international clients. My experience also covers project and teamwork, and I enjoy challenges that require managing the big picture.
