About Jari Leinonen

I have worked in the service business my whole life, and have always served my clientele with dedicated professionalism. I have experience in business on both consumer and commercial levels in various cultures and have worked as a blue collar and a white collar worker, as a specialist and as a manager. Through this variability, I understanding well the needs of my clients and can successfully coordinate various projects within the given goals. Personally I excel in perseverance, as I work very well under pressure. I actively take on challenges and never has high demands been an obstruction in distinguishing myself at my work. As an example, I worked as a Business Development Manager in China with the responsibility to establish a new branch office in Beijing. In ten weeks the company premises were ready with office resources to begin customer negotiations. This required considerable organizing and communication skills, IT know-how, initiative, diligence and dedication. From China I moved to Taipei where I completed my BBA, writing a guide on establishing foreign businesses in Taiwan. The guide was distributed among the government offices and consulting firms I was in contact with. In 2010, I moved to Scotland to work as Xerox's Business Continuity specialist, while gaining a BA in English Language and Literature. Having excelled in the position, I relocated to Xerox's headquarters in Finland. Within six years I was promoted to Head of the Nordic Service Delivery Operational Support organization. In this role, I successfully mapped our processes, improved and streamlined our daily work from billing to service to customer reporting. I automated most of our daily reporting and moved the rest to international shared services centres. I also launched a web-based portal for our production customers to maintain and utilize Xerox devices and services. In 2020, I moved to Suominen's headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, to develop the business reporting capabilities of the 8 factories in 5 countries around the globe. Within 1,5 years, the global reporting template was being used to guide the international business operations. At the same time, I completed my GMIT master's studies at LUT University. Late 2021, I moved to Teosto, to work on the tools and processes required by the music industry in Finland for royalty data handling.
