About Jari Ojala

I am project management professional with strong project delivery background on various customer projects and I have worked as a line manager, delivery owner, project manager and scrum master in many challenging and complex IT projects on different business areas (Telecom, Media, Energy). As well as other roles like project manager, but especially as delivery owner accountable for making an efficient, successful delivery satisfying the Customer expectations according to the Contract with respect to all scope, schedule, quality, costs, and profitability objectives. Working close co-operation with project manager and supporting him/her in project delivery. With over 25 years extensive experience of IT and business process development projects I strongly believe that good leadership skills, systematic working methods and as well as human and noble attitude are the key factors to success.
