I have 16 years work background in Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support (10 years in Retail and 6 years in Wholesale/Key Account Management) and currently 5 years experience in Salesforce administration, development and integrations. In Salesforce ecosystem I've done deployments of Consumer Goods Cloud (Enhanced), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Netvisor integration, configured various applications such as Documill, Oneflow, S-Docs, Vainu and LeadDesk to name a few, and hold six Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, Slack Administrator and AI Associate. I work with clients to design, build, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and goals. I also provide training, support, and maintenance for their Salesforce systems ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Besides my passion for technology, I am also a musician with several degrees in classical piano and music theory.
