I am a highly motivated Business Management Major seeking a challenging occupation where I can apply my sturdy work ethic and critical thinking abilities. I graduated from Luther College in May 2014 where I enjoyed successful academic and athletic careers. As a participant for the Luther College Wrestling Team, I was a key leader in a team setting where I consistently was dedicated to bring out the best in my teammates whether it would have been wrestling related or not. I dependably wrestled in the starting lineup all 4 years earning letter honors, as well as achieving All-Conference honors in 2014. QUALITY, FLEXIBILITY, CREATIVITY As a professional for your company; my goal is to excel and meet the highest of standards your company is to expect of me, consistently bring a quality effort every day, and promote the company brand in the utmost positive approach. I expect myself to, under no circumstances; disappoint my peers, co-workers, and employer for I aim to be the best employee I can be. I am a very flexible individual whom has always adapted whenever necessary to meet the needs of individuals and has at times surrendered my interests for the greater good of others. I have always offered creativity and listened to creative peers to effectively drive with the most efficient course to complete a task in an effective manner. Individuals who bring creativity to the work place makes for an improved environment and I strongly believe that I am one of those individuals who can offer that to any company.
