About Jarin Harrell
After 4 years of research experience throughout college, I am now working as a Sr. Chemist in the Insulin and In Process quality control lab at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis. I regularly perform and verify HPLC/UPLC analysis, UV spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy, osmometry, pH, and physical appearance analyses for insulin and clinical trial drug products in a GMP environment. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Purdue University majoring in Cell, Molecular and Developmental Biology in December 2021. I also completed the Honors Program for the College of Science, the Honors College curriculum, and obtained a Spanish minor. I have also been a soccer referee for 10 years so far and plan to continue as long as I can so that I can continue to share my love of the sport even though I no longer play.
