About Jarmo Aitta

I am experienced and dedicated service manager with over 25 years’ experience in the engineering and management positions. My strengths are open communication, a fact-based management and self-responsibility together with experience in both setting up and growing service organizations. I gained considerable cross-cultural understanding and awareness having worked both in Europe and Asia. Flexible approach to new challenges, interested in learning new things and trustworthy team player have been my key assets on several management positions, where I have been creating and implementing business strategies together with managing strategic “change programs”. DEKRA INDUSTRIAL OY I started my new role as NDT Inspector, but soon I was promoted to group leader for inspection at. After that I worked as project manager for big industries project at Neste Oil and in 2017 I became a regional manager at southwest region. Two years later South Region was added to my responsibility as well. Past years I have studied many new things and got different certificates, including rare IWT certificate (International Welding Technician) from LUT. As a regional manager, I have increase sales, increased delivery capabilities and acquired new customers. At that time South Region sales increase more than double. NOKIA I worked Nokia nearly 20 years. My career started 1993 as a telecommunication engineer at global technical support at Nokia. During these 19 years I have been working many management positions in various countries in Europe and ASIA (Hungary, Poland, China, Singapore.)
