Over twenty-six years of experience in (chemical) processing/oil and gas industry of which are twenty-two years in the NDT and inspection services field. Supervised numerous NDT and inline inspection projects both on- and offshore for (inter) national oil/gas/power/chemical companies, applied all of the basic NDT methods but main involvement has been in the advanced and computerised UT/ET techniques, plant and inline inspection. Currently employed as corporate technical director and acting as chief of the pipeline inspection department, holding the overall responsibility for technical matters and the pipeline services department Specialised in • Pipeline inspections using inline inspection methods, like Geometry, UT and MFL inline inspection; • Pressure vessel/piping/tank inspection (API 510,570,653); • Heat exchanger tube examinations using ET, RFT, MFL, PSEC, IRIS; • Advanced/automated ultrasonic examination (TOFD, AUT, PAUT, C-scan).
