About Jarod Bond

I started my career in the Learning & Development space where my major focus was on: • The design, internal marketing, and facilitation of Leadership Development courses • Expanding and promoting our offerings of online courses/programs facilitated through virtual learning platforms • The research and creation of a robust and global Tuition Assistance Policy, accounting for industry norms, cost of living, and local laws/policies I then transitioned to the Talent Management space, where my portfolios shifted towards: • Performance Management: project managing the mid-year and year-end performance ratings cycle and doing retrospective analyses on performance rating distributions and low-performer trends • Employee Recognition: project managing the launch, sustainment/promotion, and enhancements of a global Employee Recognition social platform, and responsible for all reporting and analysis on uptake and usage • Employee Engagement: consolidating, analyzing, and making a proposal based on the initial analysis of an RFP for new engagement survey vendors. Helping with collateral preparation and internal communications for the launch of the new surveys. Directly assisting leaders across the organization to access and analyze results
