In my current role as Maintenance Supervisor, I oversee the maintenance of a 150 person apartment complex and manage a team of two technicians. My responsibilities include maintaining work orders, capital projects and the restoration of a complex built in 1950. Along with this, I work as a Handyman, providing repair and maintenance services for a variety of clients and properties around the Shoreline area. I am committed to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. I am constantly seeking out new opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge, and I enjoy tackling new challenges and projects. Some of my notable achievements include refacing and restoring a client's basement which involved installing new light fixtures, outlets, light switches and trim.
