With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, he manages complex transactions consisting of multi-disciplinary, globally-dispersed teams. With a commercially-minded and practical approach, Jarom has proven ability to streamline processes, simplify complex issues, navigate diverse cultural environments, and strategize with senior leaders. Currently based in Paris, France, Jarom delivers frontline legal support to the Model Development team in the Microsoft AI engineering group. In earlier roles, he led strategic negotiations globally for Microsoft's next-generation telecom technology solutions, advised on datacenter expansion projects across Europe and developed strategies for driving digital transformation of health, education and public sector customers in Asia-Pacific. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on diverse topics, including intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. Prior to moving in-house, Jarom worked at one of the world's largest law firms, where he managed complex international corporate finance transactions, including several record-setting and award-winning initial public offerings and Islamic finance deals.
