About Jaron Hendrix

My faith, drive for success, and love for others define who I am. Above all else I would describe myself as a hardworking Christian. Growing up I got involved in Boy Scouts and took advantage of leadership positions that organization offered to me. I worked all the way through my Eagle Scout, the highest rank achievable standing for ideal attitude, service, and leadership. Starting a business of my own has always been a goal of mine. Over the years I have tried a few things and met my fair share of failures, but I always saw them as opportunities to learn. The result of my persistence, and my biggest success, is my lawn care business. Through the management of Hendrix lawn care, I have been placed in many situations that have allowed me to grow. Interacting with customers, managing employees, and working with numbers for bidding, billing, and budgeting are just a few of the recurring activities that have shaped my skills. Being independent for most of the operation of this company, I understand what it takes to keep pushing and take responsibility for the outcomes. Upon graduating high school, I chose to pursue a higher education. I felt drawn to study communication because of how vital it would be to all aspects of my life. With my love for business and desire to spread the gospel, being able to effectively express myself would determine whether others are able to understand my message. I truly believe that my coursework has developed my skills and made me a strong communicator. My main focus is and always will be giving back to those I love as well as those in need. I feel a strong call to do mission work, sharing the gospel to those who are hungry for the Word. God has always given me direction and, trusting in him, I know he will bless my ministry and my career.
