Very thorough and performance-oriented professional with almost 10 years’ of surface mining industry experience and extensive exposure to fixed plants monitoring and operations, heavy equipment operations, as well as mining and ports operations. My background lies in creating a safe, positive atmosphere where safety standards are fully observed and open communication is prioritized. I am equally passionate about exchanging information, promoting continuous learning, and showcasing strong organizational values. Team-oriented – I possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven ability to establish effective communication and an excellent ability to work collaboratively with people. I understand that my attitude towards leading and motivating teams when supervising operations is key to the success of the overall project; this is why I am always focused on building long-lasting, beneficial relationships that allows me to identify individual strengths and assign roles accordingly in order to achieve the sole purpose of maximizing mining output and increasing performance level and work efficiency. Ensuring Safety is in my DNA – From directly supervising a team of fixed plant operators, to successfully carrying out all activities related to mining operations and reduce downtime on equipment through effective maintenance; I am constantly seeking opportunities to develop better supervisory abilities, improve team performance capacity, assure work quality and display reliability at all times. I also understand that is gravely important at any site, to enforce safety assurance systems designed to make workers and customers to be more conscious of their health and bodies; I am constantly trying to achieve vast safety improvements through regular interactions with colleagues and teams.
