About Jarred Lowson

A hard working, loyal, ambitious fitness professional with experience in Personal Training, rehabilitation, group fitness, and management. Involved in sports and fitness from an early age, participating in football, rugby, cricket, golf, and swimming among other sports, I developed a passion for how the body moves, the science behind it, and how performance can be improved through adjustments in the biomechanics of human movement. Received a B HMS Degree with specializations in Sports Management and Exercise Science, and went directly into Personal Training, helping, and training clients with a variety of goals, from fat loss, to hypertrophy and muscular endurance, to sports specific conditioning among other goals. Experienced in the successful management of a team and facility, I am always looking to further my knowledge, learn from those more experienced than me, and teach those less experienced. I pride myself on being loyal, honest, hard working, enthusiastic, and ambitious. Honoured to have been selected twice in consecutive years as the Personal Trainer of the Year (2015 and 2016) at the Sport 360 FIT Awards.
