I'm a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect with 9 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions that solve complex customer requirements and provide cost savings, process improvements, and increased customer adoption. I'm passionate about building and nurturing high-performing teams that excel in achieving operational goals. In my current role as Software Engineering Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services, I lead a team of over 30 solution architects supporting digital platforms such as Appian, Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Platforms. As the Lead ServiceNow Architect across three government clients, I'm responsible for providing maintainable and scalable solutions in ServiceNow, while guiding clients in establishing governance and organization change management processes for their ServiceNow deployments. I've also served as ServiceNow Architect across multiple project teams in the AFS ServiceNow Civilian organization, resulting in advancements in third-party integrations, full government organization transformation, and cloud management process improvements. I'm also the ServiceNow Practice People Development lead, responsible for facilitating learning engagements that impact federal and commercial ServiceNow practitioners, and ensuring our AFS ServiceNow practitioners remain up-to-date on training and certifications for ServiceNow.
