About Jarrett Sullivan

As General Manager of Quartz, I was hired as the first employee to establish and grow a business from scratch. Over the past 19 months, I've developed our awesome operations and sales teams (14 employees currently), and engineered our cutting-edge operations processes optimized with technology. We have strong relationships with key accounts, and are positioned to achieve strong profitability for the fiscal year 2024, now operating in 5 states and counting. At Quartz and Credible, I've engineered and implemented effective end-to-end Sales and Operations processes in Salesforce, utilizing Flows to enhance automation, efficiency and organize business operations. I love finding talent and building teams. People are more than a resume and it takes skill to recognize true talent and loyalty/longevity in a person. I've built many different operational teams for startups that are growing and "building the car while driving it". I also have had success finding talent by leveraging unconventional methods such as partnerships with government programs and non-profits for a new supply of employees. Achieved a significant reduction in annual turnover at a previous company, decreasing turnover from 35% to 5% within a year, and maintained low turnover in subsequent years.
