I’m a Customer Success professional with a strong foundation in building and scaling customer-centric operations from the ground up. At LeadsNow, I joined as the company’s first salesperson and naturally grew into account management, onboarding, and retention. During a period of rapid expansion, I built and led our Customer Success function, designing scalable processes that improved retention, increased MRR from $0 to over $70K, and grew my managed portfolio to more than ARR. Today, I serve as a Customer Success Specialist at Lucid Bots, where I support over 200 customer accounts in adopting and scaling AI-driven robotics. Our technology helps organizations make dangerous and labor-intensive jobs safer, faster, and more efficient. My role focuses on creating a seamless experience for every customer, ensuring they achieve measurable ROI through proper onboarding, support, and long-term success planning. At Lucid Bots, our mission is to build responsible robots that take on the dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks so people can focus on creativity, strategy, and innovation. I’m passionate about combining technology with human impact, and I thrive in environments where collaboration, problem-solving, and meaningful outcomes come together to drive real progress for customers and teams alike.
