Hi, there! Motivated, experienced administrator here who is excited by the opportunity to grow, learn, collaborate and lead while contributing to a positive culture and environment. I have a 20+ year background in management and leadership, and possess 15 years and counting of experience in the post production industry as it relates to media accessibility, including subtitling, localization, and scripting. I've occupied roles in hands-on production, supervision, and production, project, and operations management. I have also concurrently acted as proxy HR and IT as well as facility manager. I believe in leading by use of positive reinforcement and constructive criticism while rewarding initiative and promoting inclusivity. I also believe that frequent, clear, proactive communication and transparency is the foundation of both individual and team success regardless of industry. On my off hours, I can likely be found writing, composing and playing music, watching stand-up and episodic comedy, binging the latest binge-ables, cheering at the Saints and LSU football teams (or griping at them), cooking, growing peppers and obsessing over making hot sauce, and, of course, petting all of the dogs.
