Finance professional specialising in tailored finance packages for corporate property development and investment clients, including senior bank debt funding & mezzanine finance, as well as private funding arrangements and equity solutions. With banking and finance experience of 20 years, chiefly within the property, education and not-for-profit sectors in WA, I have a demonstrated history of assisting my clients to achieve their financial goals. A strong financial analysis acumen, coupled with proven relationship building skills, a genuine passion for assisting clients and a keen interest in community sport, I have a demonstrated a capability in delivering results and achievements that align with business values and targeted goals, whilst maintaining the trust and respect of my customers. I have developed new, and deepened existing client relationships for customer groups with lending exposures of up to $70M for discrete transactions, managed portfolios well in excess of $200M, and administered delivery of construction projects for commercial, industrial, retail, educational and residential developments, as well as stabilised investments.
