I come with an experience of over 8 years in the Pharma and Healthcare industries and have a background of working with the Sales & Marketing, Strategy and Sales Force Effectiveness verticals. Prior to Indegene, I worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals where I started off with a SFE project with BCG and was responsible for it's implementation in more than 10 Sales teams across India. I then moved to Marketing where I was solely responsible for the launch of a First time in India molecule in the Derma & Gynae Segments I am currently working with Indegene as a Business Solutions Expert for the APAC region where I work zealously with a number of companies to provide creative solutions for various marketing challenges that businesses are facing in the current scenario. I am driven and passionate about creating tailored solutions and solving complex challenges to attend business needs and to bring the best for the clients. I am a highly adaptable, flexible professional who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently to create tailored solutions for clients who face challenges in their business
