About Jasen Bohlander

Jasen Bohlander joined LMSA in 2005 to work with clients who are committed to conscientious and meaningful projects. His interest in craft and detail allows him to focus on ensuring the design is well executed during construction. Jasen brought together his commitment to sustainability and design excellence as project architect for two of the firm’s most successful education projects, the Nueva School Hillside Learning Complex and the Sacred Heart School Science and Student Life Center. Both schools were recognized as AIA COTE Top Ten Green projects and the Science and Student Life Center was also the first LEED for Schools Platinum certified building in the nation. Recently Jasen was project manager for Firehouse No. 1, the first new firehouse to be built in San Francisco since the 1970’s, and the new San Francisco North Beach Branch Library. He is currently on the project team for a new housing development at Parkmerced in San Francisco. Jasen is a registered architect in the state of California and a LEED Accredited Professional, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
