In every role you need to be a project manager. I’m that guy. I bring a unique combination of strategic planning, budget management, and performance monitoring skills to the table. With extensive experience leading and managing teams across a variety of industries (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Mining, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Pulp & Paper), I am adept at developing and implementing effective training programs, improving processes, and driving results. In my most recent role as a Training Specialist at UE Systems, I’m developing and updating curriculum for ultrasonic detection devices, to facilitate successful certification for our clients. Prior to my time at UE Systems, I served as a General Manager at Sonic Drive-In, where I led up to 25 employees with multi-million dollars in revenue responsibility by managing inventory control, and implementing marketing plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction. I also managed major equipment and appliances and interviewed and hired restaurant crew and management team members. I have a deep understanding of how people work, can identify comprehensive training programs needed, and drive improved employee productivity and reduced turnover rates. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, contract management, meeting facilitation, and more.
