At IQVIA, I am committed to leveraging my expertise in genetics and biotechnology to contribute to our organization's innovative edge, while bringing diverse perspectives to our team. Over the past 11 months, I've led a significant laboratory expansion from Santa Fe to Durham, harmonizing SOPs and managing staff across multiple sites. My role involves strategizing with senior management on hiring and capacity planning to sustain our growth and maintain our competitive edge.
