SUMMARY I'm an experienced professional who has 12+ years experience of working in different kinds of business environments and industries, while collaborating with different levels of stakeholders (professionals up to C-level), from both a customer and a vendor side. Working as an employee in a huge company in different roles (internal consulting, project manager, business analyst, project portfolio manager, department head) and working as a professional consultant for big companies and small tech companies enabled me to gain complementary experiences from both perspectives. I prefer working on new process- and software implementations, creating new processes and changing existing one's. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at different seniority levels, collecting requirements and CS factors for the work that is to be done. After an implementation is done, I've held training courses, presentations and created written training materials and documentation. While working on projects I have used both agile and waterfall methodologies. STRENGTHS My major strength lies in driving the work to get it done, by using open, inclusive communication, sharing information in a timely manner, giving and asking for feedback, while maintaining a flexible approach in a changing environment. I am constantly learning new and different things, for which I believe enable me to better understand my customers, team members and other stakeholders. I am detail oriented (natural preference) with the ability to see the bigger picture. I enjoy making people with different kinds of backgrounds understand each other. I present information with regard of my audience's previous exposure to the topic. While communicating with others i like to express myself clearly, to give and ask for feedback with the goal of developing others. I strive to improve organisational learning and knowledge sharing which I strongly believe reduces the risk of loosing knowledge in this faced paced technological times.
