BACK OFFICE Loan document processing, collection of invoice and insurances for generated vehicle loans On time payment releasing to the dealers. Maintaining NOC records and follow up of further extension of businesses like refinance/New vehicle loans. Refinance business generation at an average of 2cr on yearly basis. AUDIT Maintain branch operational performance levels as per the audit standards Responsible for achieving incentive parameters for whole branch (EXCELLENT audit rating for the past 4 consecutive years)
