I am a dedicated and experienced social worker with a strong background in community support, child welfare, and family services. My journey has taken me through various impactful roles, each contributing to my holistic understanding of social work and my ability to drive positive change. I have extensive experience in community support, child welfare, case management, family services and leadership. In my role as a Bilingual Training Specialist at The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, I develop and lead workshops on child abuse prevention and trauma-informed care, ensuring broad outreach and impactful training to both children and parents. At BronxCare Health System, I held leadership roles within the South Bronx Healthy Families program, where I supervised staff, coordinated comprehensive family support services, and led program development initiatives. My focus on fostering a reflective and growth-oriented environment has enhanced both staff performance and program outcomes.
