About Jasmeet Sachdeva

As a Senior Director at IQVIA, I lead the xTreme Automation program at R & DS, a global initiative that aims to transform clinical trials execution and make it more efficient by using the latest hyper automation technologies. With over 24 years of experience in technology and consulting, I have delivered large, complex, and innovative solutions for various clients across different domains and geographies, managing teams of up to people and budgets of up to $100m. I have worked in various leadership roles including strategy development, IT transformation programs, pre sales, product development, application development and business / operations lean transformation. My core competencies include digital, hyper automation, omni channel communication, enterprise content management, SOA, B2B, EAI, and performance engineering. I have also developed an automation framework (Pace Automation Framework) that revolutionized GxP IPA and GxP Validation areas in RDS. This is helping us build Virtual FTE Farms which allow for building an ecosystem for co-existence of man and machine. Additionally, I hold a patent (Content Transfer Accelerator) in the US and Europe, and two certifications (EMC Content Management Foundation and Leading Innovation Change). I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create value for the business and the end users, and to advance the state of the art in the CRO space. Before joining IQVIA, I have worked in various domains such as Public sector, Insurance, Pharma, Banking and EPC.
