About Jasmeet Soni

I work. I work, to make a difference. I have worked with prestigious organisations like Deloitte Consulting, Teach for India and 321 Education Foundation. I have been in the education/social development sector for more than 5 years now - started my journey as a Teach for India fellow, where I taught children from low income backgrounds in Mumbai with an aim of bringing quality education to all children, thereby contributing to eradicating education inequity in the country. I continued teaching, with 321 Education Foundation, in a first of its kind (Public Private Partnership) model school, in Mumbai, this time managing adults also, in their journey of improving their pedagogy. I then stepped into the role of a School Empowerment Manager, where I led and managed professional development for teachers and school leaders from multiple low income private and government schools, including training, coaching, capacity building and facilitating close to 40 pedagogy workshops and in-class individual observation and feedback conversations with teachers, thereby empowering close to 200 teachers and school leaders and through them impacting students.
