About Jasmian King

Born a military brat, all my life I've been the social butterfly. I had lots of friends in all different schools. They would ask me for advice on what clubs they should join, what sport or instrument to play and I felt important because they would wanted my opinion on these (at the time) life changing decisions. I could see things in people they couldn't see in themselves based off things they liked, habits they've formed and even their lifestyle. It was easy for me and although I had the answers for my friends, I didn't have the same for myself. I'd have to tell myself don't overthink. Just do it! So here I was just doing it through life without a purpose or a cause hoping the perfect role would just jump in my head."What do I wanna do with my life?" When I presented myself at my highest vibration I was able to utilize skills that have always come to me naturally, just being myself. As a Recruiting professional, I'm for the people. I maximize the strengths in others through active listening, using the details to their advantage, being proactive, problem solving, and having multiple solutions to improve and create new opportunities. Coffee and muffin in hand my spare time was spent proofreading resume's, mock interviews and going over pre-interview behavior to help friends and families be more then just a name on an application. My favorite part of what I do is bring people together. Nothing sweeter then meeting someone you didn't know you needed to meet. Matching the right talent and skills to the right role makes the world go round. I was far greater than I gave myself credit for. Being able to over deliver on the expectations of who I represent is my way of saying."This is what I want to do, and I'm great at it."
