About Jasmin Bethea

I am a Human Resource professional working as a Sr. Operational Excellence Analyst. I support the productivity and continuous improvement of the HR, Finance, and Digital Technology Service Desks. I use CORE tools and ITIL to assess needs, handle logistics, manage relationships, and develop and implement initiatives to optimize the customer service experience. I am very active with several non-profit organizations that work with Women and Children as a consultant, board committee member, and board member. I lend my HR and continuous improvement experience to assist with organizational health and development efforts with a focus on strategic planning, development, fundraising, and continuous improvement. I'm a Mother to the boldest little girl I've ever known. I enjoy drawing, painting, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking. I completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Western Governor's University, which I hope to leverage to reach the next step in my professional journey. I'm an. Elite member of Black in HR and a member of the SHRM Community. I'm excited to continue developing to become a better resource and catalyst for operational excellence and equity.
