Skilled in bilingual facilitation, public speaking, Microsoft Word, Reproductive Health, Facilitation, Health Promotion, Salesforce Administration and relationship building among organizations. Jasmin believes leadership is instrumental in creating efficient operational systems, having a positive work environment and building team morale. Jasmin is full of ideas and enjoys contributing to a variety of projects with her wide range of skills to contribute. Jasmin has been instrumental in building organizational interdepartmental committees - such as a department specific Racial, Equity and Inclusion group, Immigrant Youth Advocacy Group, and Trauma Informed group. Jasmin was a key proponent of a five year Strategic plan aimed at increasing Racial Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. Jasmin believes team work makes the dream work. We all have the power to be agents of change - and can amplify it by coming together and building community. Jasmin has a Bachelor's degree focused in Anthropology, Biology and Chemistry from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College as well as a Dietetics and Nutrition Science degree from Bronx Community College.May 2023, Jasmin completed the BIPOC Leadership Fellowship from ProInspire.
