Hey, I'm Jasmin - a People Professional with comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, HR and HR Tech 🫶 I've done recruitment both as a consultant and in-house, with an emphasis on tech talent. I have a solid track record in partnering with the hiring teams to find the right match for them. While doing recruitment I started to grow an interest in how can we support our current team members during their employment life cycle. So I decided to make a switch to HR. In a hyper growth company, the learning curve has been steep and I've gotten a chance to work in a versatile HR role handling both operational HR & supporting our managers in different people topics. Recently I got an opportunity to dive deeper into the world of HR Technology. I've worked in growth & hyper growth companies throughout my career, where change, developing new and fast-pace is constant. At Wolt I've gotten a chance to work in a truly global environment.
