With over 25 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and versatile administrative specialist who is passionate about supporting education and public service. I have a strong background in human resources, project management, and legal assistance, and I hold a certification in payroll from LinkedIn. I am currently working as a field office administrative specialist at the California School Employees Association (CSEA), where I provide administrative support to the field office staff and the local chapter leaders. In my current role, I manage projects and activities for the senior staff, organize meetings and conference calls, review and manage contracts, and help and support classified employees. I also handle various tasks such as prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Additionally, I have experience in preparing legal cases and performing light accounting duties. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
