About Jasmine Clouser

I am the owner and founder of The Couture Cakery, an award winning boutique cakery serving the Orange County, CA. The Couture Cakery was created from two passions…art and baking. With a life-long interest in art and a degree in design, my goal is to create beautifully designed upscale cakes and dessert table creations for wedding and special events. I have been awarded the two most prestigious awards in the wedding industry for numerous years. They include Best of The Knot in 2011-2019 from The Knot and the Brides Choice award from 2010-2019 from Wedding Wire. Voted Harrisburg Magazine's Simply the Best in wedding cake design 2015-2018. This year I will be part of the Knot Pro Educator team providing content and education for wedding professionals through The Knot's social media and educational platforms. I am honored to be one of three bakers selected nationally. You can see our work in the exclusive publications such as The Knot, Grace Ormonde Weddings, Destination Weddings, Susquehanna Style and Cake Central magazines and national blogs. I have a passion for marketing and sales and have been through the Dale Carnegie Sales Training program. My other interests beside my business and spending time with my family is fitness and health. I am driven, disciplined, self-motivated and goal orientated and always looking for challenging opportunities and make great connections. In addition to running my custom cake business, I am also a Third Channel brand ambassador.
