About Jasmine Csetoth

I am a young business professional, striving to create a valuable career in the management and strategy industry. I have recently completed a dual bachelor’s degree of Business Management and International Hotel and Tourism Management in July 2022. Currently, I am a Graduate at Coles Group. I am currently in my second rotation working as a Product and Customer Experience Lead with the Insurance Product Team within Coles Financial Services. Looking after the car, home, landlord and pet insurance portfolios; I work on BAU work such as generating weekly trade figures and responding to product enquiries, as well as assisting in multiple strategic projects. My previous rotation was in the Group Transformation team, where I leant many aspects of project management. In this role I worked with many internal stakeholders on a large-scale data project. I strive to constantly learn, always volunteering to participate in programs that expand my knowledge and skills, for instance as a judge for the 2021 Queensland Tourism Awards. I also pursue opportunities that help my strategy skills and entrepreneurial insight, such as undertaking a 2-week intensive course, designed to create viable strategies for an organisation. I effectively adapt to changing environments around me, in both professional and academic environments. I have extensive customer service experience and I ensure I always create the best outcome for the customer. I am a creative problem-solver, and enjoy looking at challenges with a different perspective to develop the best and most innovative solution.
