Moller - Maersk, the world's largest shipping and logistics company, I oversee and ensure labor compliance, employee wellbeing, communication, and engagement for the Mekong Area, covering Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a positive working environment and constructive working relationships between management, employees, and their representatives.I have 15 years of experience in legal and human resources, with a diversified background in various industries, such as shipping, logistics, engineering, and hospitality. I have successfully set up strong HR foundations for local and regional operations, being a strategic and trusted partner to business leaders, delivering high-quality work despite the challenges from diversified and mixed-age workforces. My career has given me an great opportunity to expose and perceive wide knowledge of local law and regulation to carve out the required work resultI have a master's degree in business administration at RMIT and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and second bachelor's degree in Psychology.
