Back Bay has been my home for over 20 years. I’ve been both an investor and broker. My keen understanding of the many dynamic neighborhoods has proven to be a great asset in spotting opportunities. Before starting my own agency, I worked at City Homes for over ten years concluding successful transactions in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cape Cod and nearby suburbs. My own agency, Luxury Homes, completed many transactions in Boston, Cape Cod and in nearby suburbs. My negotiation skills were honed by a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Later positions welcoming international scholars and their families to greater Boston Colleges and Harvard University built a good understanding of the challenges facing new arrivals. Being multilingual helps to establish rapport with newcomers. I have represented both buyers and sellers to guide them through the thicket of finding, evaluating and bidding on a suitable property. Real Estate is a business conducted on weekends and evenings as well as normal business hours. I help to identify prospective properties, answer a plethora of questions, maintain objectivity and provide relative market comparisons. I understand that buyers and sellers have a schedule and need timely responses to their queries. I am patient, generous with my time and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions. I can guide clients through to the completion of a deal. When not engaged in business, I enjoy classical music.
