I have a strong background in electronic health records, phlebotomy, office management, and laboratory sciences, which enables me to create, manage, and resolve tickets, monitor work queues, perform build and quick fixes, and work closely with end users and colleagues. I am passionate about patient care and safety, and I have implemented new policies, educated staff, assessed patients, and maintained compliance in my previous roles as a lab supervisor at Johns Hopkins Medicine and an Epic Beaker Analyst at Riverside Medical Group.
