My name is Jasmine & I have HR Experience in all areas of the Operating Model therefore helping companies stay committed to firm performance through people prioritization & culture. I am currently a HR Business Partner at L3 Harris. I had the privilege of supporting a Plant Director & 215+ employees at the Gatorade Facility in Kissimmee, FL in the past year as well Previously I was in a Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at Whirlpool Corporation, which is a leadership talent pipeline development program where participants rotate across (Business HR, COE, Operations) with stretch assignments and HR leadership upskilling plan and visibility. I have also done an HR Business Partner Internship at Delta Air Lines where I got to work on numerous projects impacting processes & health and safety of employees, onboarding, and onsite employee engagement. LDP Summary: Jul 2022 - Aug 2023: I was a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (Business HR) supporting the Integrated Business Units:(CPG, Parts & Accessories, Extended Service Plans, Brand Licensing & Gladiator) and the Retail & Builder Sales team. A total of about 200 employees where I focused on all people related objectives impacting business. Jul 2021 - Jun 2022: As an HR Operations Specialist (Project Manager) supporting Inclusion & Diversity, I lead implementing a multi-method training for Unconscious Bias & Empathy to 1400+ People Leaders/Managers to impact inclusion and belonging at Whirlpool. Sept 2020 - Jul 2021: In the Community of Expertise (COE) of the operating model in Global Learning & Development (L&D), lead, created, collaborated, advised, and strategized with leaders on customized solutions related to specific skill development, people leadership, and career development. Overall, I am proud to be on the journey of creating the foundation for my HR career with this current work experience and recent graduation from Michigan State University (MSU) Human Resources & Labor Relations Masters Program. I am very passionate about the many opportunities created from my experiences at MSU prior to graduation and the exposure to multiple work industries in retail, research, client relations, diversity and inclusion, and overall customer experience.
