I’m an EDI Developer with over 9 years of experience in building and supporting data integration solutions across retail, transport, and logistics industries.I began my career at OpenText, where I spent 4 years working on retail projects, developing and maintaining EDI maps using tools like OpenText AI, Workbench, and Visual Mapper. I was also involved in mentoring new team members, bootcamps and leading technical discussions on complex mapping tasks.Since 2021, I’ve been working in the logistics sector with companies like DHL and Maersk. My role covers the full project cycle, from analysis and development to testing, integration, and post-go-live support. I onboard EDI partners (mainly in the Ocean EMEA region), set up connectivity using protocols like SFTP, FTP, AS2, and SMTP, and develop custom EDI maps for key customers using OpenText and Seeburger BIC/BIS. I also support reverse engineering requests and troubleshoot logic issues when needed.I’ve worked with a wide range of data formats, including EDI standards like X12 and EDIFACT, and non-EDI formats such as SAP IDOC, XML, JSON, CSV, HTML, and UDF. This helps me adapt easily to various system requirements and business needs.I enjoy solving technical challenges and making sure data moves seamlessly between business partners. I understand that delays in EDI directly impact real-world operations, so I always approach my work with urgency, ownership, and a focus on reliability.Open to relocation opportunities in North America and the EU region.
