About Jasmine Leppert

First and foremost, I love health and fitness. Ever since I can remember I wanted to work with athletes and help them advance in multiple aspects of their life. Not only is athletic ability important to me, but everything leading up to that is as well. In my undergraduate years, not only did I get to study my passion, I also got to live it. Being in a Kinesiology program taught me that there are different areas in the sport, fitness and active world. I took classes ranging from exercise physiology, to sport psychology and nutrition courses. Not only did I take these classes, but I was in an organization who aimed to change health attitudes in women. Now, I am creating presentations about health, fitness and nutrition to share with high school athletes in hope to lead them to creating a well-balanced athletic lifestyle. Along with that, I am pursuing a Masters in Exercise Science with concentrations in Strength and Conditioning and Sport Nutrition. With my degree I hope to become a certified Strength and Conditioning coach and create my own fitness business to better athletes. Outside of work and school, I spend most of my free time being active and researching topics related to fitness and health. I love finding new ways to better my health and lifestyle.
