About Jasmine Loh

Hi there! I am currently a Business Analyst at the Suncorp Group, where communication with various stakeholders such as subject matter experts, various delivery teams, and operational teams is crucial as a Shared Services (outbound correspondence) team member. Work is dynamic, keeps me on my toes, and I love that I'm working in the IT space.Prior to this, I was a Business Analyst at Data#3 focusing on business processes, project discovery and planning, and assisting with change management. I also have experience as a Business Analyst and Lead System Analyst at Services Australia (previously Department of Human Services), where I was a subject matter expert for Aged Care Web Services, and was involved with system design, requirements gathering, documentation, testing and stakeholder collaboration. I have a passion for the technical and working in large, complex organisations and projects!A couple of fun facts about me- I have a background in BSc (Chemistry), and was fortunate to have contributed to a research paper on nudibranchs as part of summer semester subject at the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences- I also worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Costuming Cast Member in the United States. My time in Florida was rewarding, fun and opened my eyes to opportunities abroad- I am a fast learner and am proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
