MY MISSION Bring a personalized and accessible experience to customers facing unique-feeling challenges, and create supports for a team to thrive pursuing that same goal with differentiated approaches. MY MAGIC Bringing people together, building relationships, effectively educating, unlocking understanding with new content at the group and individual level, organizing people and ideas, shifting paradigms and perspectives, and scaffolding success while looking ahead to everyone's next best step. MY PATH I have worn a number of hats and taken from each skills that create a dynamic team member as well as leader. My greatest accomplishments often begin with seeking out the moments for growth in what many view as a challenge or problem. There are countless avenues to and benchmarks for success, and I thrive in an environment where I have the opportunity to engage with empathy, tailor broad tools to fit individualized need, and create a trajectory for ongoing growth and achievement. These skills, goals, and experiences span industries, from foodservice to tech to education, and I love the flexibility of my abilities to flourish quickly in a new environment.
