hi my name is Jasmine Marshall have a associates degree in Applied science from Faulkner state community college. I recently graduated from University of Alabama in Birmingham with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration of exercise science. I have worked in retail for almost 6 years. I started off at justices helping customers find the latest fashion. I went to Victoria secret's started off as a sales specialists commission base pay switch over to sales support generalist and offering great customer service throughout my shift. I was a top seller were I went platinum. I was promoted to Tap supervisor during the holidays there I ran segments making sure we were meeting our goals throughout the day. While offering great customer services to customers following up with associates making there they were helping adjust customers. Once that position was over I was later prompted to Opp and Staffing. I continue running segments making sure we were making our goals while helping assist customers. Also, in my role I was responsible for hiring new candidates and onboarding them. I also did associate observations weekly and monthly reviews making sure associates were performing well throughout the store. I later step down to work in the school system. I am current work with the federal government. I am in graduated school getting my master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysts I love working with kids who has a learning disability and I love giving back to the community. I am a hardworking dedicated and motivated to get the job done.
