About Jasmine Mobley

Hello, it’s a pleasure to introduce myself to you! I’m Jasmine, a high risk postpartum nurse at Atrium Health. I have an associate nursing degree from Carolinas College of Health Sciences. I hold an undergraduate degree in Sociology (with a focus on public health) and Women’s and Gender Studies. I have a strong interest in maternal and newborn health with a strong focus on decreasing the stigma of abortion care, improving maternal and infant outcomes, and increasing access. I hope to continue my nursing education with the final goal of combining both my nursing and sociology/gender studies background in the public health sphere. As a service worker and administrative assistant, I have had the opportunity to learn valuable skills such as organization, working as a team, working under pressure, multi-tasking, and how to work with a diverse group of people. Helping people is a passion of mine and I am currently making it into a lifelong career.
