About Jasmine Morales

As an instructor at MTI, I taught courses on professional coding and medical billing to students who wanted to pursue careers in the healthcare industry. I used my communication and management skills to create engaging and interactive learning environments, assess student progress, and provide feedback and support. I also leveraged my credentials as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) from AAPC, the largest medical coding organization in the US, to ensure that my courses were aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices. Prior to joining MTI, I worked as a client care coordinator at Complete Practice Solutions, a company that provides revenue cycle management and consulting services to healthcare providers. There, I applied my analytical skills to review and verify insurance claims, resolve billing issues, and optimize reimbursement processes. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Midstate College, where I studied business administration and management. My mission is to help students and clients achieve their goals and improve their outcomes in the healthcare field.
