About Jasmine Murillo

Current pre-physician assistant student interested in primary care medicine, family medicine, and pediatric medicine. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and am currently finishing up my pre-requisite courses to apply for PA programs. I am currently pursing my Certified Phlebotomy Technician license (CPT-I) to gain patient care experience. As well as getting involved in community service in low-income neighborhoods, to fulfill my passion of serving those of low SES and minority groups. Being a first-generation American and daughter of immigrants, I am fully aware of the health disparities in local immigrant populations, especially those of low SES and BIPOC. It is one of my life purposes to someday serve people who are currently in similar situations. I aspire to one day attend PA school and look forward to working in various specialties. of medicine.
