Jasmine is a Principal and Head of the Workplace Relations team at Sladen Legal. Prior to this, Jasmine spent five years in both the Melbourne and Brisbane offices of top-tier law firm Clayton Utz, before moving to Ai Group where she was a Director of its legal practice. Jasmine practices in all aspects of employment, industrial and anti-discrimination law. She has advised clients of all sizes from a range of industries, including retail, finance, manufacturing and transport. Jasmine has also advised Commonwealth, State and local government employers. She has a pragmatic and results-oriented approach and is passionate about achieving the best possible result for her clients. Jasmine regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission in general protections, unfair dismissal and industrial action matters. Jasmine has also regularly appeared in the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Equal Opportunity Commission in a range of discrimination matters. She is also a skilled investigator, having investigated a range of workplace matters, including allegations related to misconduct, bullying, sexual harassment and fraud. Jasmine is involved in all aspects of the employment cycle, from preparing contractual documentation to enforcing post-employment contractual restraints. She also conducts private mediations within the workplace and regularly presents training courses on investigating allegations within the workplace and anti-discrimination.
