Background

About Jasmine Pearson

I am a seasoned program and project management professional with 15+ years of experience in government, military, and healthcare operations. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for optimizing team performance, managing large-scale programs, and driving SOP compliance. I have a verifiable history of improving operational workflows and aligning projects with strategic objectives across federal agencies and healthcare systems. Professional focal points include program management, training and development, and process improvement. Delivering superior administration across these areas requires strong leadership, operational compliance, and resource management—qualities I consistently bring to every role I take on. Currently, I serve as PMO Manager at Guidehouse. Under my leadership, I oversee a team of 50+ personnel across two federal contract vehicles, manage onboarding and operational workflows, and support deliverables management in alignment with organizational standards. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and support functions to ensure the company’s operational structure drives long-term growth. Colleagues describe me as a reliable, analytical, and service-oriented leader who brings structure, integrity, and results-driven energy to the team. I am always open to expanding my professional network and welcome opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals in government, healthcare, and program management. Feel free to connect or message me directly here on LinkedIn.
