About Jasmine Perez

With over two decades of leading from the front lines — from military missions to multi-million-dollar operations — I’ve built my career on one guiding principle: excellence isn’t an act, it’s a habit. As a Senior Director of Operations specializing in high-risk, high-regulation sectors — including Government, Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, and Transit — I bring a mission-driven approach to leadership. I’ve led large-scale compliance and workforce initiatives, developed advanced security protocols, and driven operational excellence across portfolios valued in the tens of millions. Throughout my career at Allied Universal, I’ve transformed complex operations into strategic success stories — aligning people, processes, and performance with corporate goals. I’m known for building strong client partnerships, negotiating long-term contracts, and delivering mission-critical solutions that stand up to scrutiny and scale. My leadership philosophy blends military discipline with modern business agility. I believe that great results start with great teams — so I focus on empowering people, fostering innovation, and embedding continuous improvement into every layer of the organization. A proud U.S. Army Military Police Veteran, I lead with integrity, resilience, and precision. Whether optimizing enterprise operations, elevating client satisfaction, or guiding teams through transformation, my mission is simple: to turn complexity into clarity and execution into excellence.
